Welcome to Live Love Sleep®, home to your  Sleep Consultants! We are pediatric and adult sleep coaches serving families world wide through our virtual sleep consultations. We also provide in-home consultations in Dallas Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Austin and Midland, Texas; Scottsdale, Arizona; Los Angeles, California; Buffalo, New York; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Cincinnati, Ohio. Our mission is to help families get the sleep they need to live a healthy and well-rested life using gentle sleep training methods.

Meet our team of Sleep Consultants 

All of our Sleep Consultants have completed in-depth Sleep Training. They have also been personally mentored by Kaley Medina through the Live Love Sleep® mentorship program. Kaley continues to support, guide and oversee the Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultants as they work with the families across the world who trust in us. That way, all clients will experience the same amazing results (and lots and lots of sleep), regardless of who supports them.
