After our Discovery Call, you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire and diet & liquid log to fill out, This will allow me to know exactly where changes need to be made. With this information, I’ll design sleep plan specifically for you and your sleep needs so that you can start sleeping better the night of our consultation.
What this means for you is that you’ll have easy to follow, step by step, plan personalized for you, so you can finally get the sleep you so desperately need.
Detailed Sleep Plan
My Adult Sleep Plans are clear and comprehensive. The simple, easy to follow, step-by-step process walks you through exactly what to do every day and every night. I’ll explain WHY these steps are important and then show you exactly HOW to implement them.
Your Adult Sleep Plan is designed according to your personality and addresses your specific sleep struggles and includes:
- The changes we’ll be making to your bedroom so that you will have the ideal sleep environment
- Creating a bedtime routine that allows your body to make the transition to a more relaxed mindset
- Proven strategies and techniques to get you sleeping more and feeling confident about your bedtime routine

Personal Sleep Consultation
During this 60-90 minute Adult Sleep Consultation, we will discuss your sleep plan in detail and I’ll be answering any questions you have about getting started with your sleep plan. You’ll know exactly when to start and what to expect the first few days and nights.
By the end of our consultation, you will have everything you need to start implementing your sleep plan.
This is not a generic sleep plan that you will be left to implement on your own. I’m going to be there to support you along the way and help address any situations you may come across as you’re implementing your sleep plan.

Complete Follow-Up Support
As your adult sleep coach, I am here for you every step of the way. You’ll have 6 weeks of unlimited access to me as your personal adult sleep consultant through private email and Voxer, which is walkie talkie/voice messaging app. This allows me to be most accessible to you on a daily basis despite work schedules. As a result, you feel 100% supported during the sleep plan implementation.
You will have the option of filling out a sleep log so that I can keep close tabs on your progress and adjust the sleep plan as needed to ensure that you reach your sleep goals.
