Private Sleep Coaching Services Agreement & Disclaimer 

Services Are Not Medical Advice. The advice you receive from Live Love Sleep, LLC is for informational purposes only and is intended for use with common early childhood sleep issues that are wholly unrelated to medical conditions. Advice is NOT intended to be a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health practitioner regarding any matters that may require medical attention or diagnosis, and before following the advice and using the techniques described in this Sleep Sense Program. Reliance on any information provided by Live Love Sleep, LLC is solely at your own risk.

Exclusion/Limitation Of Liability

Live Love Sleep, LLC does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding consulting services provided. Live Love Sleep, LLC’s liability (if any) is limited to the consulting fee paid by you to Live Love Sleep, LLC, and in no event will Live Love Sleep, LLC be liable to you for any other claim, losses or damages.


Cancellation Policy

In order to secure your consultation date and time, payment for your sleep package must be received. Once payment is received via online invoice, your selected spot will be reserved. For cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to our scheduled consultation, Live Love Sleep, LLC will retain a $100 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 72 hours of the consultation, 50% of the package cost will be retained by Live Love Sleep, LLC.

Refund Policy

Live Love Sleep, LLC’s price is calculated on the time spent creating your sleep plan, consulting with you, and follow up support. If for any reason you decide to cease your relationship, you will not be refunded.

Guarantee on Service

We can help you reach your sleep goals, and the methods we use for each client are proven to work time and time again. Parents play the biggest role in helping their children learn how to sleep. We will give you all the tools and support needed to make changes necessary to create good sleep skills, but the implementation itself is out of our hands. Therefore we cannot guarantee the results.  As long as  you are committed to make changes, we’re confident we will get there! We want nothing more than to help our clients succeed, so let’s find a plan that works for everyone that you’ll commit to.

Results

Every child is so different! As a result, we cannot predict exactly how your child will respond to learning their new sleep skills. Most parents do see results within a couple of days. Little ones catch on very fast, and it is amazing to watch them develop their new found strategies.

Crying

The best way to teach your child to sleep is to let them figure out how to do it on their own, and yes, this will probably involve a lot of crying. As your sleep consultant, we will teach you how to interact with with your child while they are on the learning curve. Crying is your child’s way of protesting change and communicating their frustration. As we are making changes to their sleep habits, there will be crying. All of our sleep strategies are supportive for your child, and we would never ask you to leave your child alone to cry for long periods of time, nor would we ask you to ignore their cries. We’ll come up with a plan that everyone is comfortable with, and allowing you to be providing your child with reassurance and comfort. 

Confidentiality:
We will maintain the strictest confidence concerning your family’s information. You also agree that you will not share the proprietary information that we provide to you with anyone.



Communication Expectations

One of the most amazing parts of working with us is the support and follow up we provide while we implement change. While we do recommend follow up with us while implementing your personalized plan, the support is entirely optional. If we do not hear from you, we will reach out once on Voxer. If we do not receive a response, we will assume things are going perfectly. In order to be eligible for follow up support our plan has to be implemented within 30 days of our official consult date.

  • Follow-up Support Through Voxer our follow up support includes communication with us through the entire length of your sleep plan. One way we do this is by using Voxer, which is a super user-friendly walkie talkie / voice messaging and texting app. This allows me to be most easily accessible to you despite work and nap schedules. The app is easy to use as a family, so that we can add you, dad, any other caregivers, and your sleep coach to the same group message to be sure we are all on the same page during our work together. We’ll be paying really close attention to how your child is responding to the techniques and then help you further refine the plan based on their responses. We’re available to you on a daily basis between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., in your consultant’s local time, Monday – Friday unless extended support is purchased . Response time isn’t guarantee, but we generally check our messages at least twice a day in the morning and afternoon so we can address questions as they come up.
  • Extended Support {optional add-ons} Includes support via email, scheduled check-in call and through the walkie-talkie app, during normal business hours, 7 days a week. As outlined in the program you select to be included when purchased. 
  • Note on Text Messages: We do not respond to client text messages. Pleases utilize the Voxer app for all voice and text messages.
  • Email Communication We also offer unlimited email support with this sleep plan during the entire duration of your sleep package as you are implementing your sleep plan, but please give me 24 hours to respond to messages.
  • Sleep Log Communication We will review sleep logs daily and comment if needed. This is an optional tool for clients but allows us to review day to day progress and for you to see improvement on paper. This can also be helpful if troubleshooting is necessary, as it provides the full picture for us or daytime and nighttime sleep.
  • Optional After Hours Voxer Support We check our messages at least twice daily during regular business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday (of the time zone that your consultant is located in). We offer after hours support packages through Voxer to answer your questions in real-time throughout the evening as you’re implementing the new sleep strategies. Different text message support packages are available and the pricing structure is described on the quote you received.

Sundays are my family days. If you leave a message or send an email after 5:00 p.m. on Saturday evening, I will respond on Monday morning.
